At Isabella Domestic Agency we specialize in meeting the needs of families, all around the
world.

The families we serve are special, so we ensure that the candidates we place in their
homes are professional individuals, who are career minded and who has the heart as well
as the ability to serve. Currently we are seeking candidates who have the character and
integrity to work in a home environment for the following positions: nannies, housekeepers,
caregivers, chefs and personal assistants.

In order for candidates to become a member of IDA you must meet the prerequisites for
the position you are applying for. If you meet all prerequisites you must complete our online
application (click on the link below) and be prepared to submit 3 business references.

If accepted you will be contacted to schedule an interview at our closest location.   At the
interview be prepared to complete the necessary paperwork for a full background check.
You may also bring your resume and any reference letters you my have. There is no
application fee.

As a potential candidate you can choose to be serviced by our new
department: Candidates for Hire. This department makes your candidacy for
employment top priority.

You as a candidate in this department will be featured on the Candidate for
Hire page of our website, complete with picture/bio/personal statement, You
will be presented to clients above other candidates that have not
registered with this department and have first right of refusal for
positions available with our agency. You will also be seen by local,
regional ,national and international families in need of your services. This
department will also present you to all clients looking for someone with
your qualifications to let them know you are ready to work. You will be
able let us know exactly the kind of family you are looking for.

To Qualify for The Candidates for Hire:
1. You must meet all of the current agency qualifications,
2. Have no criminal history
3. Meet all the qualifications required by the family.
4. You must present a photo.
5. You must be in excellent physical health.
6. You must submit a resume. (Additional charge for our resume service)
7. You must complete an application and pay a registration fee of 50.00 for
one year of service.

We do not and cannot guarantee an interview with a client or job placement within a certain
period of time.

Caregiver:
2 yrs of work experience inside a home, with one year consistently

Must be legal
CPR and First Aid certified
TB Test
No criminal record

Personal Assistant:
2 yrs of work experience inside a home,
with one year consistently with one family
Must be legal

Estate Manager
5 yrs of work experience, with one year
consistently with one family
